IBIS Hotel Belfast City Centre
The Ibis Belfast City Centre was a bit of a surprise to me. I was expecting a ‘budget experience’ as the IBIS Hotel is rather low in price but that was not what I found. This hotel is located in the heart of the thriving city of Belfast directly behind the Castle Court shopping centre.

This luxury, yet affordable, hotel is walking distance from the shops, local car parks and literally minutes from Belfast City Hall. Please, someone, buy me one! The Europa Hotel is one of my favourite hotels in the United Kingdom. Part of the Hastings group, the service you receive as a guest is more than impressive, the hotel itself is simply stunning and an absolute delight to visit and its in the most perfect location – 5 minutes walk from the Belfast Christmas Markets at City Hall.
I have made a few visits to The Europa and on my last visit at Halloween I couldn’t help but notice the sign advertising gift vouchers and made a mental note to add this to my Christmas wish list!

Chiquito at Victoria Square
With a slogan like ‘The fiesta starts here amigos’ how can this restaurant be anything but fun!!!
My sister, my kids and I visited Chiquito before travelling on to see Little Mix at the SSE Arena. Victoria Square was the perfect shopping centre to stop off at and its close to all of Belfast’s attractions. We were about 5 mins drive to the SSE after our meal – that is if we hadn’t have parked in the Castle Court shopping centre car park and got the car locked in as it closed at 6pm – Jade, Perrie, Leanne and Jessie were lucky we made it at all to cheer them on!!
However, Chiquito is located on the top floor with exhilarating views over the city and we had a really fun visit.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sligo was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay we were made feel so welcome and we were treated like VIP’s. This hotel is just the place to book if you are on the lookout for a luxury summer break in a beautiful area.
The grounds are simply stunning with the main hotel situated on an elevated site at the end of an immaculate sweeping driveway.
