Cancer Research UK Christmas Gifts

The Cancer Research UK Christmas Gifts this year are fab – so fab that after I received the press release I simply had to pop up the town to my local charity shop to check them out for myself!

They are very modern and somewhat contemporary and excellent value for money – some of them are really too cheep – look at this wooden candle holder – its only £2.99!!

I have seen door stops like this for £25 yet this Christmas Robin door stop is only £8.99. I also love the little red lantern – these would look fab on my window ledge – I bought three!! A bargain at £2.99.

The ‘show stopper’ for me has to be the large metal reindeer – isn’t he fab? He is made of tin so pretty unbreakable – even in my busy household! He has pride of place on my hearth now and I this he is one of the best Christmas buys ever. He can be yours for £9.99 and in some of our local garden shops he would be easily three times this amount!

So, bit of a no-brainer to get a few of your gifts this year at Cancer research UK and kit out your house while you are there.

Its absolutely nothing to do with Christmas or this feature but I have to say while I was in my local Cancer Research charity shop yesterday I bought a ‘onesie’ new with the tag attached for 99p – such a bargain and I got a real thrill as my money was going to such a good cause.
