The English Drinks Company – Cucumber Gin

The English Drinks Company have unleashed quite the gift on us – a brand new Cucumber Gin! This exquisite gin is described as a ‘delicate and unique taste’, (English Drinks Company), and this is pretty accurate. The gin is perfectly infused with just the correct amount of cucumber it needs very little else by way of mixers.

If, like me, you are a gin lover, you have to try this. I had a friend over last night and we had a mini bottle to sample between us – such a chore! We both loved it and really enjoyed this new taste – gin and cucumber go very well together and ‘The English Drinks Company’ have this excellent combination bottled and readily available via the link at the bottom of the page.

This is the first gin I have ever tried with simply ice, it’s the definition of a perfect drink and no surprise that it has received the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) Silver Award 2016. The sweetness of the cucumber perfectly compliments the sharpness of the gin and softens it just enough to allow it to be enjoyed by those who drink gin and by those who prefer a ‘softer’ taste. I cannot recommend it enough and The English Drinks Company Cucumber Gin is on my shopping list for my next ‘girls night in’ party!
